HAIR LOSS PREVENTION – HOW TO SAVE YOUR HAIR NOW

The biggest step towards prevention is awareness? What is the answer for how to prevent hair loss?  For many people hair loss prevention is simple, A Health diet, Where you get all of the necessary nutrients, vitamins and minerals is usually the easiest way to ensure healthy hair and prevent hair loss.  Protein, vitamin B, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, sulfur and zinc are all nutrients that help promote good health, including hair and skin health.  You hair starts out under your skin as bulb and a root.  And it happily grows and grows.  You will see cycle of growth – a long phase, followed by a short phase, and then a short resting phase.  The later is where come hair will naturally all out and new hairs start all over again.

Don’t rub your hair.  To reduce the risk of traction alopecia, consider changing out hairstyles on a regular basis.  For relaxed hair, the safest way to avoid braiding, avoid weaves that sew in directly to your hair and avoid microbraid extensions.  The benefit of not having to style every day is not worth the cost and emotional trauma of preventable hair loss.

On the other hand, when other parts o your body are stressed, whether due to illness, hormonal changes, hypothyroidism or more, energy is diverted from your hair growth cycle to other parts of your body in need.  And the hair loss cycle increases.

If you are sick, don’t ignore caring or yourself.  If you don’t take the steps recommended by your doctor, you may damage your body permanently.  While your body is spending it is energy on healing you, it won’t be able to put the time into keeping your hair growing.

Not all hair products are healthy to your hair.  Make a careful selection o any products that you will be applying to your hair, so that you avoid harmful ingredients.  Some products can hinder hair growth, or cause unrepairable damage.  Use products you know you can research to check out if they are harmful or not.

 Fish is high in Vitamin A and many of the Bs, as well as essential fatly acid, omega 3 all required for healthy hair.

Minimize added salt and ensure plenty of vitamin C in your diet.  Red bell peppers contain more natural vitamin C than oranges.

To summarize, there are many types of hair lossthat can be prevented if we stop the underlining condition.  It is important to find out what is causing it in each particular case and take the necessary actions to prevent further loss and possibly promote growth.  A reasonable and clinically proven method for hair growth is associated with Vitamin supplements including iron and zinc.  One thing to keep in mind is to always have good hygiene, keep a healthy lifestyle, take necessary supplements, and try to live stress free.
