HOW TO PREVENT GRAYING OF HAIRS? WHAT IS SIMPLE REMEDIES?



Hair can grey prematurely due to heredity, stress (everyone seems to be afflicted by stress these days), and also illness or deficiency of nutrients that reduce the production of melanin. Although you can't stop hair from graying prematurely, what you can do is prevent them from getting greyer.

    1. A home remedy for darkening gray hair involves making a weekly poultice.  It is made from henna powder, coffee, yogurt, fenugreek, mint juice and basil juice.  You need to apply for 3 hours before rinsing with a shampoo.

    1. Have fresh vegetables or their juices.  The juices include carrot, lettuce, alfalfa and the like.  These provide energy and vitality to your body while the drinks such as refined sugars, soft drinks, white flours and pastries.  Most probably your hair needs the Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Minerals and Proteins.

A person experiencing a prolonged period of stress and anxiety may notice, over a period of time, white hairs gradually appearing. Malnutrition, worry, shock, deep sorrow, tension and other similar conditions may also slow down the production of melanin result a grey hair. Sever illness too can stop or affect the production of melanin.  However, scientists have not been fully able to explain the exact causes of this change in color of the hair.
